Shipping costs

Switzerland: Free shipping - insured, trackable parcel delivery (DHL/UPS) right to your door. We deliver throughout Switzerland. Your painting is delivered duty paid (DDP), with customs and VAT already settled - no extra charges on delivery.

Delivery time

Your painting is hand-painted after you place your order. The expected delivery time is 2-3 weeks from the order date. Before dispatch you will receive a photo of the painting for your approval. Delivery within Switzerland takes 2-4 working days from dispatch and is trackable.

Tracking

Once your painting has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Damage in transit

Your painting is carefully packed. If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as possible at hallo@fotoalsgemaelde.ch or +45 26 44 38 44, preferably with photos.
